Lighten Your Soul Event

Honored to be co-hosting this event with Becky Anderson again, a licensed therapist and owner of Mind Body Mirror. This 2 hour event will be held outside at the Lions John Weicht Park, Shelter 1 in the center of Elk River, MN. Join us to embrace the element of Air, explore self expression and learn more about the art of emotional communication and intelligence using Somatic Psychotherapy.
Pay the day of upon arrival: $50 (preferably cash but will accept electronic payment with added 3% processing fee.) Please register so we can contact you, if we need to cancel the event due to weather. Also, so we can estimate number of gifts to bring and to help with planning. Thank you.

Looking forward to be co-hosting this "Free Will Offering" Sound Bath event with Cristina Dorschner Willis, the owner of Be Free Be Yourself. This 1 hour event will be held outside on the grounds of Riverfront Memorial Park in downtown Anoka, MN. Join us to open, clear and balance the energy centers of the body through the magic of sound.
