Session, Package and Gift Certificate Policy
Purchases of a session, a package and/or a gift certificate begin the date of the purchase and expire 1 year after the purchase date.
***Packages are non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.
Weather Related Cancellation Policy
Halo Heart Yoga and Sound reserves the right to cancel sessions due to weather relates issues! Clients registered for a session will be contacted ahead of time and will not be charged for the session.
Age-Appropiate Yoga, Sound Bathing, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Healing Touch Policy
All persons, younger than 17, are welcome to receive a session. However, 15 and younger clients need to be accompanied by an adult. Minors between the age of 16 and 17, must have a consent form signed by parents to receive private sessions.
Promotion Sales/Discounts Policy
Discounts are applicable for the month they are offered. They are none transferable to the following month, if you miss your appointment in the month it is scheduled, unless Management approves otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Halo Heart Yoga and Sound understands that life happens. However, please try to give a 12 hour notice, if an appointment needs to be cancelled. No fees are charged for cancellations. But please know, if a client cancels multiple appointments over a period of a year, a notification will be sent encouraging the client to find a new practitioner. Time is precious! And patience is a limited commodity! May we both respect each other's time and never find out the limited capacity of patience.
