Thursday 9:30 am 60 min. Vinyasa Flow

Friday 5:30 am Yoga Fusion

Sunday 5:30 pm 60 min. Rotating style of classes for the summer: New Moon flow with Restorative, Active, Full Moom flow with Sound bath. See Azitala website to confirm class style for the day.
