Unwind, restore, and realign with the healing power of sound. Join us inside the beautiful Red Barn at Trott Brook Farm Park for an immersive sound bath experience guided by Halo Heart Yoga & Sound. Sound Bath in the Park

Join me for Sound Bath in the Park this summer—an immersive, nature-infused evening of deep relaxation and vibrational healing at the pavilion at Woodland Trails Regional Park. Let the resonant tones of the sound bath blend with the living soundscape of nature—last year, even the birds joined in, creating a truly magical experience you could feel in every cell.
