Step into the mysterious atmosphere of October with Into the Shadows, a special Halloween Sound Bath with Halo Heart Yoga and Sound. This immersive sound journey invites you to explore the eerie, unfamiliar, and soothing landscapes of sound. Experience the haunting, cinematic tones of the waterphone, the mysterious waves of the gong played with an e-striker, and the enchanting yet eerie sounds of chimes. These stimulating sounds will intertwine with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, creating a journey of contrast between mystery and stillness, shadows and light.
As the sounds unfold, allow yourself to settle into the experience without needing to figure anything out or make anything happen. Simply rest, listen, and follow the journey at your own comfort level. And just as the shadows give way to the light, we will gradually return to grounding, soothing sounds and a peaceful close.
No experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable while resting.
