Sound Bath at the Barn

Unwind, restore, and realign with the healing power of sound. Join us inside the beautiful Red Barn at Trott Brook Farm Park for an immersive sound bath experience guided by Halo Heart Yoga & Sound. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and create a deep state of relaxation. This serene evening is the perfect midweek reset for your body, mind, and spirit.

Sound Bath in the Park

Join me for Sound Bath in the Park this summer—an immersive, nature-infused evening of deep relaxation and vibrational healing at the pavilion at Woodland Trails Regional Park. Let the resonant tones of the sound bath blend with the living soundscape of nature—last year, even the birds joined in, creating a truly magical experience you could feel in every cell.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga or camping mat
  • Blanket
  • Pillow or zero-gravity lounger

  • Anything else that helps you rest comfortably outdoors.
