Winter Solstice Event
Save the Date! 12/21/2024 Saturday 1-3 pm at Azitala Hot Yoga in Elk River, MN for the Winter Solstice Event. We will be burning up our inquities with sun salutations in the hotroom and setting calm intentions for 2025. The event will culminate with a community breath work and a reiki infused sound bath. Afterwards, tea and cookies will be served for community time. Registration available soon.
